I didn’t know this was possible, but it is, and maybe this way this great book on participatory planning gets some more exposure.

Thanks for the heads up on this book. Before I got that I could look inside I googled it and found an easier format to read .pdf at http://www.communityplanning.net/toolkits/UrbanGovToolkitsCPH.pdf. Not sure if it’s the whole book. I plan on reading through the .pdf and perhaps buying.
